As far as I can remember, photography has always been my true passion. One day, as a child, my father donated me his old Canon eos 620 and from then on, she became my faithful companion throughout my many adventurous journeys. That is when I learned that photography was the path I needed to pursue, for it was in me.
In 1999, having achieved my Artistic High School diploma, I attended the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia based at Superstudio 13, in Milano. This two-year long experience allowed me not only to learn but also to absorb various photographic techniques and knowledge.
I knew that fashion photography came naturally to me and, in 2001, after having graduated with honors from the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia, I immediately began to take my first steps into the “real world”. I was fortunate to cross paths and work as the assistant of famed fashion photographer icons such as Aldo Fallai and Claus Wickrath.
The role of an assistant allowed me to experience first-hand what being a fashion photographer meant. After a few of years of apprenticeship, I started to make my own shooting sessions as a professional fashion and portrait photographer.
What inspires me as a human being as well as a photographer, is the endless search for a personal style, the continuous strive to get better and the awareness that there is no point of arrival in art.
I am based in Milan, and among my clients are: Etro, Gianfranco Ferrè, Simonetta Ravizza, Puig Italia.
